We start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your project’s specific needs, objectives, and budget. Whether you’re designing a new care home or refurbishing an existing facility, we gather all the necessary information to ensure the project meets your goals. Understanding that each home is unique in its requirements both aesthetically and operationally, we provide tailored concepts drawing inspiration from the home's architecture, location and history to create interiors that help residents feel right at home.
Concept Development
STEP 2
Our team creates a detailed design concept, focusing on accessibility, dementia-friendly features, and the overall aesthetic. We present mood boards, colour schemes, and initial layouts that align with your vision and the functional needs of the space.
Design Drawings & Specifications
STEP 3
Once the concept is approved, we move to the drawing phase. Our team develops comprehensive drawing packs, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed specifications to ensure seamless project execution. We work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure every detail is covered.
FF&E Specification & Drapery Packages
STEP 4
We produce detailed FF&E schedules and drapery packages to meet your budget. We assess all furnishings to ensure they are fit for purpose and suitable for the end user. Where possible, we would like the residents to be involved in the design- from holding resident meetings presenting the proposed design, to delivering a selection of new chairs for the residents to trial and provide feedback on.
Project Management & Installation
STEP 5
Our process is tailored to the specific needs of care homes and senior living environments. We focus on designing spaces that are not only beautiful but also practical and safe for residents and staff. FINAL STAGE
